Job Title: Content Designer - Government Gateway (SC)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Telford – but location is flexible

Pay Rate: £402 to 447 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Content Designer – Government Gateway (supporting all teams).

• We are looking for a Content Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme – mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.

Core Responsibilities:

• Writing and Editing: Translate dense policy and "government-speak" into clear, accessible online content.
• User Focus: Research user needs using data analytics, user research, and usability testing.
• Collaboration: Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, interaction designers, and product managers.
• Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with subject matter experts and policy teams to ensure accuracy while safeguarding content quality.
