n:We are looking for a **Marketo Consultant** with strong **hands-on development capability** to support delivery across the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and wider MarTech stac
k.
This role combines **functional consulting, hands-on build, and user enablement
**.You will help design and run marketing automation processes while also building campaigns, assets, and integratio
ns.You will also support **train-the-trainer and adoption activities** to ensure long-term platform succe
ss.
**Key responsibiliti
es**- Configure and support Marketo aligned to campaign and marketing use c
ases- Design and optimise lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and campaign framew
orks- Build Marketo assets (programmes, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, fo
rms)- Support integrations with CRM, CDP/AEP, and digital chan
nels- Troubleshoot issues, perform QA, and support rele
ases- Establish standards (naming conventions, templates, governa
nce)- Deliver user enablement, training materials, and **train-the-trainer sessio
ns**- Support UAT, adoption, and ongoing platform optimisa
tion
**What we’re looking
for****Essenti
al:**- Hands-on experience with Marketo (build + configura
tion)- Experience with campaigns, lifecycle, segmentation, and automation work
flows- Ability to translate business requirements into executable Marketo solu
tions- Strong understanding of marketing operations, QA, and gover
nance- Good stakeholder communication and documentation s
kills
**Prefer
red:**- Exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or broader Adobe
stack- Experience integrating with CRM systems (e.g. Sales
force)- Basic HTML/CSS for email/landing
pages- Understanding of APIs and data flows in MarTech enviro
nments
**Pr
ofile**- 3–6 years’ experience in marketing automation /
MarTech- Strong hands-on delivery
mindset- Able to work across both functional and technical
aspects- Confident delivering training and supporting a
