• Act as escalation point for inventory‐related operational and system issues across the EMEA network.

Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify, propose, and lead process and system improvements aligned with best practice.

• Apply LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies to standardise and optimise inventory and logistics processes at scale.

• Own or contribute to business requirements, testing, and integration for system enhancements and upgrades.

• Provide subject‐matter expertise for SAP inventory processes and their integration with wider supply chain systems.

• Develop, maintain, and deliver high‐quality process and system training materials.

• Deliver training to key users (internal and external) on existing and new functionality; site travel may be required.

• Uplift capability and consistency across logistics operations through coaching and structured knowledge transfer.

• Influence across functions and seniority levels to deliver value‐adding, pragmatic solutions.

• Adjustment versus target variance controlled and mitigated.

• On‐time DAF/WAF approvals, postings, and accrual accuracy.

• Training coverage, user competency uplift, and audit compliance.
