Job Title: Global Partner Enablement Manager

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £80k - £115k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £450 - £600 per day Inside IR35

Background:

  • Regional Business Leads (RBLs) drive partner enablement strategy and execution within their assigned region. They act as the critical link between global enablement priorities and local market needs, ensuring partners are equipped to sell and deliver client solutions effectively. This role combines strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate partner readiness and business impact.
  • Partner enablement falls into three categories – Sales, Presales and Consulting, with communication and enablement to partners divided into one-to-many, one-to-few and one-to-one.

What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate global enablement priorities into actionable regional plans that support local partner needs.
  • Program Ownership: Design, lead, and execute enablement initiatives such as bootcamps, technical labs, and on-demand learning.
  • Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with Practice Leads and other key personnel for the main partners in region.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with partner sales leadership, solution consulting teams, and global enablement colleagues.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner readiness through dashboards, certification metrics, enablement adoption data, and parter-sourced opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to refine enablement strategies and content.

Key Deliverables

  • Regional enablement strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Bootcamp and event plans tailored to regional partner needs.
  • Updates to the Partner Practice Health Dashboard.
  • Quarterly business reviews with partner sales teams.

Success Metrics

  • Impact on pipeline growth and deal progression.
  • Number of partner certifications and accreditations achieved.
  • Attendance and completion rates for bootcamps and enablement events.
  • Adoption and engagement with enablement content.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Program Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
  • Communication: Clear and persuasive communicator across diverse audiences and cultures.
  • Technical Expertise: Understanding of client solutions such as Content Supply Chain, GenStudio, and Workfront.
  • Influence and Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using dashboards and KPIs to guide strategy and measure success.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
