Global Head of Enterprise Architecture | M&A | Transformation

We are working with a PE-backed international business looking for their first Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.

The organisation is growing through acquisition and major transformation, and technology will play a key part in bringing new businesses into the Group.

The Role

• Define where the Group’s technology landscape needs to go.
• Build and develop a strong architecture capability.
• Shape the technology approach to M&A and post-acquisition integration.
• Support large-scale business and technology change.
• Reduce complexity across an international technology estate.
• Partner with the CIO and senior business leaders on major technology choices and investment.
• Make sure key technology decisions are practical, commercially sound and support future growth.

Experience Needed

• An established Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director or Chief Architect.
• Experience within a PE-backed, acquisitive or M&A-driven business.
• Strong exposure to acquisition integration and large-scale transformation.
• Broad experience across enterprise technology rather than one specialist area.
• A track record of building and managing experienced architecture teams.
• Experience operating across multiple countries and business units.
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to work directly with executive leadership.
