Global Head of Enterprise Architecture

We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed global business to appoint a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture.

This is a key leadership hire, responsible for setting the global Enterprise Architecture strategy, leading a team of six Senior Architects and helping shape the organisation through significant transformation and growth.

M&A, acquisition integration, carve-out or major business transformation experience is essential for this role.

The Role

• Own and drive the global Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap

• Lead, develop and manage a team of six Senior Architects

• Define enterprise-wide technology, data, AI, security and digital strategies

• Shape target architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps

• Provide architecture leadership across major business and technology transformation

• Partner with C-suite and senior business leaders on strategic technology decisions

• Strengthen architecture governance, standards and ways of working

• Provide leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Securit y

Experience Needed

• Current/recent Head of Enterprise Architecture, EA Director, Global Enterprise Architect or Chief Architect experience

• Proven experience building and leading high-performing architecture teams

• Strong M&A, acquisition integration, carve-out or major business transformation experience

• Experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology strategies and multi-year roadmaps

• Broad architecture leadership across Applications, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud and Security

• Strong C-suite and Board-level stakeholder management

• Experience operating within complex global organisations
