We are currently recruiting for an ICT Field Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing firm.
This role is split between office and field work, with approximately 50% of your time based in the Hoddesdon office and 50% travelling to sites across the South East. You will be responsible for supporting site setups, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple sites
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments
- Manage and support mobile devices using Intune
- Autopilot builds and device provisioning
- Configure and support Switches and Routers
- Deliver break/fix support across hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer users and permissions via Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime
