My client is a global organisation looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to manage a global MSP delivering infrastructure and project services to 6,000 users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build strong working relationships with third-party suppliers and MSPs.
  • Review and validate supplier infrastructure and cloud submissions before they are approved for production.
  • Translate high-level technology and architecture roadmaps into clear, practical work packages for outsourced partners to deliver.
  • Ensure suppliers follow company infrastructure policies, security standards and architectural principles across global environments.
  • Act as a technical reviewer within the Change Advisory Board (CAB), reviewing supplier changes, assessing risk and ensuring business continuity is protected.
  • Work closely with suppliers to identify improvements and opportunities that support the organisation’s key technology objectives.
  • Provide technical input into the development of the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring it supports wider business goals.
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and delivery risks.

You should have experience working with MSPs or outsourced technology providers, reviewing technical solutions and changes, and working within a structured change and governance environment.
