IT Service Desk Analyst (1st–2nd Line Support)

I’m currently working with a well-established organisation that’s looking to add an IT Service Desk Analyst to its growing IT team.

You’ll be joining a busy Service Desk environment, acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.

The role

  • Providing first-line support via phone, in person, and onsite at the head office
  • Logging and managing incidents and requests through the ITSM system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes
  • Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
  • Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners

Technical skills

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • SCCM
