My client, a well-established Global IT Managed Service Provider, is offering an exciting opportunity to cross-train into a Network Operations Centre (NOC) role, with exceptional career development opportunities in a rapidly growing organisation.

This is a perfect chance for someone with a strong technical support background who is eager to gain experience in Networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor a variety of devices, services, and applications including Servers, Routers, and Switches.

• Provide timely response to incidents, outages, and performance issues.

• Categorise and escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams.

• Document all actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Technical Skills Required

• Microsoft 365

• Microsoft Windows (desktop and server environments)

• Understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals

• Interest in networking technologies and protocols
