VIP / White Glove - Desktop Support - Hedge Fund
Our client is recruiting a VIP Desktop Engineer to support prestigious Hedge Fund and Asset & Wealth Management clients.
Candidates must have proven VIP / white-glove support experience within a legal or financial services environment.
Role Overview:
- Providing VIP deskside support to Traders and senior stakeholders via phone and in person.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently, with a focus on first-time fixes
- Escalating complex issues with clear and detailed documentation
- Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal users and external partners
Technical Skills Required:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
- Active Directory (user admin, permissions)
- Citrix / Terminal Services
- VPN & network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hardware build, imaging & troubleshooting
- Printer & peripheral support
Experience:
- 2+ years’ recent VIP support within legal or financial services
- Strong experience in corporate environments
