Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (Financial Services)

Rate: £500-550/day (via umbrella)

Duration: 6-month initial contracts

Location: Gloucester (hybrid working)

Multiple experienced Business Analysts are required to join a leading Financial Services Client working across key and high-profile initiatives from January. The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.

Key skills & experience required:

  • 5 years+ experience working as a Business Analyst delivering change within financial services (banking, investments, asset/wealth management
  • Strong experience working on change, transformation, or regulatory initiatives
  • Solid understanding of BA methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, process modelling, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working with technology teams and business stakeholders
