We’re partnered with a digital business that's part of a globally recognised brand, looking to hire a PMO Analyst into their growing PMO function.
Operating within a fast-growing digital business, the organisation continues to invest heavily in business and technology change. With around 150 employees, they offer the pace and visibility of a smaller business backed by the strength of a globally recognised brand.
The Role
You'll support a portfolio of strategic projects and programmes, helping provide visibility, governance and control across delivery teams. Responsibilities are likely to include reporting, stakeholder engagement, RAID management, planning support and continuous improvement of PMO processes and ways of working.
Essential Skills
- Previous PMO Analyst, Project Analyst or Project Support experience
- Experience producing reporting and dashboards for stakeholders
- Governance, RAID management and project controls experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
Desirable Skills
- Portfolio or programme-level PMO exposure
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar PPM tools
- Financial or resource tracking experience
- PRINCE2 or related PMO qualifications
Package
- Salary: £55,000-£65,000
