Rate: Up to £600pd Inside IR35

Location: Gloucester – Hybrid (Mandatory 2 days a week on site)

Duration: Initial 6 Month contract with scope for extension

Overview

We are looking for a Data Product Owner to act as the bridge between technical data platform teams and business stakeholders for one of our well known Financial Services clients. You will ensure data assets are accessible, reliable, and optimised, enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and prioritise Data Platform requirements.
• Manage and maintain the Data Platform backlog and delivery pipeline.
• Ensure priorities align with strategic business objectives.
• Guide stakeholders in engaging with the Data Platform operating model.
• Support improvements and maintenance of the Data Platform alongside project delivery.

Key Skills

• Experience working as a Product Owner (Data Platform or data environment) within financial services.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end data lifecycle.
• Proven stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience translating business needs into technical data platform requirements.
