Project Manager - Enterprise Social Media & Content Management
Location: London (hybrid)
Contract role for an initial 6 months via an approved Umbrella.
We are supporting a leading wealth management organisation with the appointment of an Enterprise Social Media & Content Management Project Manager to help kick off two strategically important, group-wide initiatives.
This role will sit at the intersection of digital, marketing technology, governance, and business change, and will play a key role in establishing the foundations for broader delivery phases that will follow.
The Role
The Project Manager will support the mobilisation and early delivery of two enterprise initiatives:
Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
This initiative focuses on the implementation of a group-wide content management capability, covering systems, processes, and governance to ensure content is effectively controlled, managed, and versioned across multiple internal and external channels. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Intranet and website content
- Workflow approvals and governance
- Content lifecycle management
- The appropriate use of AI within content processes
Enterprise Social Media
This initiative will define and implement a new operational process and supporting tooling to oversee, govern, and approve partnership social media usage across Head Office. The scope includes c.4,500 partners and partner businesses, requiring clear controls, scalable processes, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mobilisation and early-stage delivery of both enterprise initiatives
- Define delivery plans, governance structures, and operating models
- Work with business stakeholders to translate strategic intent into clear, actionable requirements
- Coordinate activity across digital, marketing, risk, compliance, and technology teams
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution
- Establish clear reporting and provide structured updates to senior stakeholders
- Lay the groundwork for subsequent phases, where additional delivery resource will be introduced
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering business-focused change initiatives
- Strong digital and/or martech background, ideally within large, complex organisations
- Experience working with content management systems, digital platforms, or marketing technologies
- Experience within wealth management, financial services, or regulated environments
- Comfortable operating in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and governance forums
- Able to work with ambiguity, shaping initiatives in their early stages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to enterprise governance, risk, or compliance considerations
- Experience supporting initiatives involving AI, workflow automation, or digital governance
