Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office

6-Month Initial Contract

£550–600/day via Umbrella

We’re supporting a leading Wealth Management organisation in the search for an experienced Business Readiness Manager to support a major transformation programme.

This role sits within the Business Readiness team, responsible for ensuring new systems, processes and change initiatives are successfully adopted across clients, employees, partners and third parties - ultimately driving successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Readiness activity across project and transformation initiatives
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Develop and execute communications and engagement plans
  • Support delivery through strong project management capability
  • Ensure operational readiness and successful adoption of change

Required Experience:

  • Proven Business Readiness / Change Management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within regulated environments (essential)
  • Financial Services / Wealth Management experience preferred
  • ADKAR qualification beneficial
