📍 London / Bristol / Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

💰 £500 per day (Inside IR35)

📅 9-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We’re partnering with a leading banking client to hire a Property Systems Analyst to support and enhance their property systems landscape.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing function where you’ll play a key role in improving systems, supporting operations, and driving real change across the business.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and optimising property management systems (e.g. MRI Qube or similar)

• Configuring systems, maintaining data integrity, and improving workflows

• Developing reports and dashboards to support business decisions

• Supporting system testing, releases, and troubleshooting

• Working closely with stakeholders and software vendors

• Driving process improvements across repairs, maintenance, and property operations

• Supporting change management activities (JIRA or similar tools)

✅ What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with systems (property systems are a bonus, not essential)

• Experience of working within financial services

• Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity to learn new platforms

• Experience in configuration, reporting, or system support

• Ability to work with both technical teams and business users

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

⭐ Nice to have:

• Experience with MRI Qube, Yardi, RealPage or similar

• Power BI or reporting tools

• Exposure to integrations, workflows, or APIs

• Experience with JIRA or change management tools
