What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing scalable Snowflake data solutions
• Leading complex data architecture, modelling, and migration projects
• Driving end-to-end ETL/ELT design, leveraging DBT and StreamSets
• Building secure, high-performing pipelines using AWS services (S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.)
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals
• Providing leadership and mentoring to technical teams

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Snowflake Architect/Designer/Developer
• Strong background in data architecture, data modelling, and data migration
• Proficiency with DBT, ETL frameworks, and Python programming
• Solid understanding of AWS services (especially S3, Lambda, EMR)
• Experience with StreamSet for data integration
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and inspire teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
