With extensive expertise in systems administration and virtualization, the B2B Services Technical Advisor is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and support of virtual hosting offers, integration services, and security products for our business customers. A skilled educator, they are responsible for developing the skills of operations technicians and supporting them toward autonomy. They are the first point of technical escalation for customers and work in cooperation with infrastructure teams. Dynamic and available, with a passion for teamwork and close to customers, the Technical Advisor is at the heart of the strategy and development of our Cloud business.

- Monaco based permanent position. 4 days on site per week.

A skilled educator, they are responsible for developing the skills of operations technicians and supporting them toward autonomy. They are the first point of technical escalation for customers and work in cooperation with infrastructure teams. Dynamic and available, with a passion for teamwork and close to customers, the Technical Advisor is at the heart of the strategy and development of our Cloud business.
What will your missions be?
- Directly or indirectly guarantees the proper functioning of the B2B services concerned, in particular in Cloud Computing type environments (advanced websites, virtual private servers, Firewall, storage, etc.).
- Responsible for the quality of level 2 technical support for customers
- Is the technical escalation point for B2B customers on the relevant services
- Guarantees the delivery and operational implementation of services due to customers including acceptance.
- Organizes and participates in specific service on-call duties
- Provides technical support to sales teams (including design of customer architectures, assessment of workload and delivery times, definition of support scope, etc.)
- Participates in the construction of commissioning and operating procedures.

- Implementation and Operation of OS
- Perfect mastery of the operation of IP networks and Firewalls
- Good knowledge of IT security standards
- Maintenance in operational condition
- Maintaining safety conditions

- Development, design and documentation of technical architecture meeting a client's functional need
- How Anti-DDoS Services Work
- Operation of mail services and management of service providers on the Hosted Exchange platform

- In-depth technical knowledge of IT and Cloud technologies
- Extensive experience in virtualized service delivery
