This is an opportunity to join one of Bristol's most exciting Tech for Good businesses, helping some of the UK's biggest brands create meaningful social and environmental impact in the communities they serve.

As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving the company's next phase of growth, building relationships with organisations that want to improve their ESG, CSR and community investment initiatives through innovative technology.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll have ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to demos, proposals and closing new business.

Their technology enables organisations to deliver employee volunteering programmes, financial support initiatives and surplus product donations, all whilst measuring and reporting on the impact they create.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and managing a pipeline of prospective customers

• Prospecting, qualifying and engaging senior decision makers

• Running discovery calls and product demonstrations

• Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle

• Developing strategic account plans and mapping target organisations

• Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Staying up to date with market trends, competitors and industry developments

• Contributing ideas to improve sales processes, messaging and product development

• Delivering against quarterly and annual sales targets

What You'll Need To Apply

• Previous experience in a B2B sales role

• Experience managing the full sales cycle

• A consultative and relationship-led sales approach

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• A track record of hitting targets and generating new business

• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders

• A proactive, self-motivated and ambitious mindset

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous

• An interest in social impact, sustainability or purpose-driven businesses would be a huge plus
