Up to £35,000 base + £6,000 car allowance

We’re recruiting for a Regional Business Development Manager to join a market-leading software house that dominates its sector, with over 80% UK market share . This is a rare opportunity to step into a lucrative territory, selling cutting-edge software solutions and services, with a package designed to reward top performance.
Location & Territory
We’re hiring for one vacancy that could cover the following territories:
Midlands: TF, WV, B, DY, SY
You’ll be based from one of the regional offices at least 2 days per week , and must live within 60 minutes of the office location (Leamington Spa).
The Role:
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you’ll:
- Drive new business within your region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Retain and manage accounts for 1–2 years before handing over to the customer success team.
- Build and strengthen relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored demonstrations and solutions.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strong pipeline management and consultative selling.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales success in software, technology, or engineering solutions.
- Background in solution sales or technical sales highly desirable.
- Strong commercial drive with the ability to negotiate and close at senior levels.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of a high-potential territory.
Package & Benefits:
- Base salary: up to £35,000 (DOE)
- Car allowance on top: £6,000 (£41,000 base total)
- On-target earnings: £52,000 (uncapped commission)
- Guaranteed bonuses: £10k for hitting target + £5k additional minimum bonus
- OTE: £100k+ uncapped
