As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving the company's next phase of growth by identifying, engaging and qualifying prospective customers. You'll be the first point of contact for organisations looking to improve their ESG, CSR and community investment initiatives through innovative technology.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying and researching prospective customers across target markets

• Prospecting through a combination of outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and social selling activities

• Engaging senior decision-makers and generating interest in the platform

• Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities against agreed criteria

• Booking high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive team

• Building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospects within the CRM

• Developing strategic account plans and mapping key stakeholders within target organisations

• Collaborating closely with Marketing and Account Executives to maximise pipeline generation

• Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking within HubSpot

• Staying up to date with market trends, competitors and industry developments

• Contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies, messaging and sales processes

• Delivering against monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets

What You'll Need To Apply

• Previous experience in an SDR, BDR or outbound B2B sales role

• Experience generating and qualifying new business opportunities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously

• A proactive, self-motivated and resilient mindset

• A genuine desire to develop a career in technology sales

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot is advantageous

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools is beneficial

• An interest in social impact, sustainability or purpose-driven businesses would be a huge plus
