Are you a proactive ERP Implementation Specialist looking to step into a leadership role? Do you enjoy driving digital transformation, building strong client relationships, and leading complex software rollouts?

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects for our bespoke ERP platform
• Lead and optimise processes – scale from 4 to 7 implementations per year
• Act as the face of delivery – engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and managing expectations
• Tailor and configure software with support from dev and product teams
• Run hands-on training, support go-live success, and ensure smooth adoption
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, feedback loops, and client onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on ERP/software implementation experience
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with systems like Sage, Oracle, or SAP
• Background in finance, or a solid understanding of financial workflows
• Passion for leading teams and processes – we’re on a journey to build out implementation as a centre of excellence
• Able to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and drive outcomes
