£80,000–£100,000 base + bonus

We are supporting our client , a well-established and fast-growing global AdTech business, as they look to hire an Agency Sales Director to strengthen their UK commercial team.

Our client has a strong reputation in video, CTV and contextual advertising, working with major global brands and agency groups. Following a period of significant growth, they are investing further into the UK market and are seeking a driven commercial leader to expand agency partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships across Tier 1 media agencies
  • Drive revenue through strategic partnerships across video, CTV and contextual solutions
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality client service and campaign performance
  • Lead proactive outreach, product education and quarterly planning with agency stakeholders
  • Act as a category expert in contextual and brand-safe advertising

Requirements:

  • Proven agency sales experience within AdTech, media, or digital advertising
  • Existing relationships across major agency groups (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas etc.)
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to open doors and build long-term partnerships
