We are supporting our client , a well-established and fast-growing global AdTech business, as they look to hire an Agency Sales Director to strengthen their UK commercial team.
Our client has a strong reputation in video, CTV and contextual advertising, working with major global brands and agency groups. Following a period of significant growth, they are investing further into the UK market and are seeking a driven commercial leader to expand agency partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships across Tier 1 media agencies
- Drive revenue through strategic partnerships across video, CTV and contextual solutions
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality client service and campaign performance
- Lead proactive outreach, product education and quarterly planning with agency stakeholders
- Act as a category expert in contextual and brand-safe advertising
Requirements:
- Proven agency sales experience within AdTech, media, or digital advertising
- Existing relationships across major agency groups (GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas etc.)
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to open doors and build long-term partnerships
