Description of the role:
- Travel to customer sites across the UK
- Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
- Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
- Deliver hands-on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
- Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
- Provide go-live day and post support
- Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
- Support customers in the first month post-installation with practical guidance

About you:
- Very confident in face-to-face customer environments
- Strong SaaS onboarding experience (can be trained)

- Not management-focused - purely delivery-focused but self managed
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to site travel)
