Artist Account Manager

The RoleWe’re looking for an Artist Account Manager to act as a strategic partner to artists, managers and labels — helping them design, execute and scale their fan ecosystem.
This is not a traditional account management role.
You will sit at the intersection of artist strategy, fan data, commercial performance and product execution — owning how Fan3 is deployed across an artist’s entire lifecycle.
You will be responsible for turning fandom into a structured, high-performing system that drives engagement, access and revenue.
What You’ll Own Artist StrategyYou will embed yourself in the artist’s world and align Fan3 to their career moments.
- Understand release cycles, touring plans, fan demographics and growth priorities
- Identify key moments (announcements, drops, presales, tours, content) where Fan3 can create leverage
- Translate artist vision into structured fan strategies
- Advise teams on how to deepen fan relationships beyond traditional channels
You will use Fan3’s infrastructure to build and activate verified fanbases.
- Grow and segment verified fans across regions and cohorts
- Analyse behaviour across streaming, live and engagement touchpoints
- Identify high-value fans and design targeted experiences
- Turn fan data into actionable insights that inform campaigns and strategy
- Continuously optimise conversion across the fan funnel (sign-up → engagement → purchase)
- Continued discovery on what fans want and how we can meet the fan first mission.
You will drive measurable outcomes across every campaign.
- Design and execute artist growth and revenue-generating moments:
- Presales
- VIP access and fan first experiences
- Exclusive drops
- Pre-save and release campaigns
- Maximise conversion and reduce leakage (e.g. secondary ticketing)
- Identify new monetisation opportunities across the fan lifecycle
- Track and report on performance, using data to improve outcomes over time
You will coordinate Fan3’s ecosystem into seamless artist experiences.
- Deploy and manage:
- Wallet passes
- Embedded web apps and the full fan UX
- Push notification campaigns
- DSP integrations
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering and creative teams
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard globally
- Provide feedback to shape product development based on artist needs
- Explore the competitor landscape and emerging technology trends; especially AI
- Own the long-term success and expansion of each account
- Build trusted, senior relationships with artists and their teams
- Identify opportunities to deepen platform usage and increase value
- Act as the internal advocate for your artists
- Identify and support in new business opportunities within your artist roster and the wider industry
- Act as a bastion within the industry for fan3 and the mission
- Experience in the music industry (artist management, label, or music-focused platform/agency)
- Deep understanding of release cycles, touring and fan behaviour
- Proven ability to manage high-profile clients and complex, multi-market campaigns
- Strong commercial instinct — you think in terms of growth, conversion and revenue
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
