Account Manager (London Area)
Account Manager | EMEA
Location: Flexible | SaaS | Identity & Fraud
£45–65k base plus £30k OTE (uncapped)
Hybrid – 2 days a week in the London office
We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager who’s great at building relationships and able to drive revenue into existing accounts. If you're consultative, proactive, and have experience with AML, identity, or fraud tech — this could be your next step.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing and growing revenue with a portfolio of Financial Services clients across EMEA
Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts – build trust, add value, grow the ARR
Understanding client needs and working with internal teams to deliver solutions
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities – and closing them
Supporting contract renewals and commercial negotiations
Building strong day-to-day relationships while thinking about long-term success
Representing the business at events and keeping an eye on market trends
Managing your pipeline and consistently hitting targets
What we’re looking for:
✅ 3–8 years of B2B account management experience, ideally in SaaS
✅ Proven ability to grow existing accounts and deliver commercial results
✅ A consultative style – you listen first and solve problems
✅ Confidence working with senior stakeholders
✅ Some exposure to Financial Services, Gaming, AML, identity or fraud is a big plus
✅ Solid communicator – clear, concise, and credible
