2x Contract Roles | SC Cleared | Major Government Project | Inside IR35

We're working with a Data and MLOps specialist consultancy delivering a high-profile project for a major UK Government client. They are seeking two experienced Python Engineers to join immediately and play a key role in scaling AI applications powered by large language models onto a new platform.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Engineering and scaling production-ready AI/ML applications.

• Migrating existing LLM-based applications to a new platform.

• Applying MLOps best practices for deployment, automation, and monitoring.

• Building and optimising solutions on AWS or Azure cloud environments.

Key Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (required at start).

• Strong Python engineering skills.

• Hands-on MLOps expertise (CI/CD, pipelines, automation, monitoring).

• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure.

• Consultancy or government project experience beneficial.

Contract Details

• Start Dates: End of September and Early October - candidates must be available at short notice.

• Engagement: Contract, Inside IR35.

• Location: Hybrid, with some on-site work required for secure client engagement.

• Clearance: Active SC required.

• Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35.
