The fulfilment industry is worth trillions globally, yet the process of finding the right logistics partner is still slow, fragmented and opaque. We are fixing that.

Our platform already connects thousands of ecommerce brands with fulfilment providers and we are scaling rapidly with venture backing and a fast growing team.

We are now hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue engine.

This role is responsible for managing the sales team, improving conversion rates and building the systems and processes that turn inbound demand into revenue.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to help scale the commercial side of the business.

This is a hands on leadership role focused on performance, coaching and operational excellence.



What you will do

 

Lead and improve the performance of the sales organisation and ensure inbound demand converts into revenue.

Responsibilities include

• Managing and developing the sales team including brand consultants and other commercial roles

• Coaching the team through call reviews and structured sales training

• Improving conversion rates across the sales funnel

• Building sales playbooks, scripts and training processes

• Hiring and onboarding new sales team members as the company grows

• Managing pipeline visibility, forecasting and revenue performance

• Building strong CRM processes and ensuring high quality pipeline data

• Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

• Working closely with the marketing team to maximise the value of inbound leads

• Helping identify opportunities for targeted outbound or strategic account outreach



What we are looking for

 

We are looking for someone who combines strong sales leadership with operational and analytical thinking.

You should enjoy improving performance, coaching teams and building scalable sales systems.

You will likely have

• Six to ten years experience in sales or commercial roles

• Experience managing and developing sales teams

• Experience building structured sales processes and playbooks

• Strong experience with CRM systems and pipeline management

• Experience analysing sales data and improving conversion performance

• Experience working in a startup or high growth environment

Experience in technology, SaaS or marketplace companies is strongly preferred.
