What you'll be doing:

• Make outbound sales calls to grow your client base
• Source, qualify and manage top candidates across engineering & tech markets
• Run the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle
• Become a sector expert in one of our high-demand markets
• Work collaboratively with the Cardiff team to share knowledge and wins
• Drive new business development and expand your specialist niche
