International Software House in the arena of Talent Assessment and Talent Management solutions requires a new Account Executive in the UK (Reading area) to enjoy uncapped earning potential, career stability and security.

Package: £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary + Uncapped OTE + Benefits Package.

The Role:

In this brand new Account Executive position you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from cradle-to-grave representing an award-winning and innovative portfolio of Talent Assessment and Psychometric Testing solutions aimed at HR Departments in the UK Corporate market place. You will be typically targeting companies with circa 1,000 - 25,000+ employees, performing a very consultative sales cycle and you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with some of the UK's largest companies.

The Candidate:

Very simply, we require successful Account Executive candidates with experience in the HR Solutions arena. We want Business Development Managers/ Account Executives who are hungry and proactive, that also have an extremely consultative nature as this is NOT an aggressive sell. You will have strong communication skills, a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn and be coached.

Interesting backgrounds include: HR Software, HCM Software, Recruitment Software, ATS, L&D Solutions, eLearning, LMS, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and of course Talent Assessment Tools. We will also look at Ex Recruitment Consultants.

The Package:

For the right Account Executive will be a competitive basic salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits package. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organisation who provide superb working conditions and training.
