Hiring a Founding GTM Lead for a stealth, AI-native business backed by tier-one investors.
They’ve already landed early customers and proven real-world demand — now need someone to build the commercial engine from scratch.
This is a true 0→1 role.
You’ll:
- Own everything GTM (pipeline → positioning → close)
- Work directly with founders
- Turn early traction into a repeatable growth motion
- Build and lead the GTM function over time
Ideal profile:
- 5–8 years in early-stage B2B
- Done both 0→1 and scaling
- Strong in complex, relationship-led sales
- Comfortable with ambiguity + high ownership
Not for you if: you’ve only operated in structured sales orgs or purely as a quota-carrying AE.
