Senior Account Executive
A global marketing leading legal and compliance software company is looking to expand their DACH team with the addition of a newly created senior account executive selling their award-winning range of legal software solutions to the inhouse / general counsel legal marketplace based from either their London office or as a remote worker in Germany.
The Role:
As a senior account executive you will be responsible for developing new businesses, selling a leading range of legal and compliance software solutions including AI based offerings to the enterprise / corporate marketplace in the DACH team across a diverse range of verticals such as financial services, automotive, technology etc. You will also work alongside account managers for existing accounts so you can cross sell and upsell different services lines to those accounts where there is a lot of potential for expansion of existing service and new service lines to be sold. In addition, you will also have SDR support to generate new opportunities in your list of potential new business prospects.
The Candidate:
You will be high performing new sales professional within the legal and compliance space, having a track record of selling in to the general counsel within the enterprise space. Any exposure to AI is a distinct plus as this is a huge growth area for the company. You could also have worked for a major software company in another area of the market, in particular AI if you can demonstrate a successful track record over a sustained period of time in a new business focused solution lead role with good stability in your career and track record of performance in sales. You will also need to be someone who is comfortable working in a large corporate, matrix environment.
The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of £78,000-£90,000 depending on experience, pension, health and uncapped ote £50,000-£60,000 on top of the base salary with an accelerator once you surpass your target and with all of this team over achieving their targets for the past 2 years.
