Integration Specialist

hackajob is collaborating with a leading client in the AI space and is looking for experienced Integration Developers to contribute to exciting project-based opportunities — remote, flexible, and built to fit around your existing commitments.

What you'll be doing

Design and evaluate integrations between core business systems — CRMs, ad platforms, email tools

Build and optimise workflows using APIs, webhooks, and real-time data pipelines

Connect and synchronise databases across platforms — e.g. Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion

Ensure reliable, real-time data transfer between systems and services

Troubleshoot and improve data flow consistency, latency, and failure handling

Support integration of automated communication systems — e.g. calling or messaging workflows

What we're looking for

Proven experience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

Hands-on experience connecting SaaS tools, CRMs, and databases

Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats — JSON etc.

Ability to design robust, fault-tolerant data pipelines

Experience troubleshooting API errors, rate limits, and data inconsistencies

Strong ability to read and interpret API documentation

Portfolio or examples demonstrating complex integrations or data synchronisation systems

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
