Tech Recruiter (agency background)

At hackajob, our onboarding team owns one of the most critical moments in the customer journey - the point where a prospect experiences the power of our AI agents for the very first time.

We’re looking for a tech recruiter (agency background) who is ready to step into a customer-facing onboarding role. You’ll run high-stakes UK and US Proofs of Value (PoVs/Trials) with pace, precision and charisma. You’ll partner closely with our AEs throughout each PoV, guide talent teams through training and adoption, and ensure every account hits early success.

This is ideal for someone who has excelled in tech recruitment and now wants to apply that expertise in a product-led, customer-facing role, shaping how organisations adopt cutting-edge AI in their hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running end-to-end UK and US PoVs, partnering with AEs and owning adoption.
• Getting deep into training, adoption, supply strategy, role setup and success criteria.
• Working hands-on with users at companies trialling hackajob to ensure they’re enabled, confident and seeing value quickly.
• Supporting AEs with PoV performance data and insights for business cases.
• Monitoring PoV health metrics, identifying risks early and taking proactive action.
• Maintaining world-class product knowledge of the hackajob platform and our AI agents.
• Sharing customer feedback and insight with Product, Sales and CS to enhance workflows and experience.
• Building strong customer relationships that set up long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in tech recruitment - agency or in-house.
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in fast-paced, consultative environments.
• Someone with urgency, ownership and the ability to move multiple workstreams at speed.
• A charismatic, consultative communicator who can win trust quickly.
• Comfortable with data-led conversations and explaining what the numbers mean.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple PoVs and stakeholders.
• Coachable, curious and collaborative.
• A genuine interest in AI, talent tech and how hiring teams operate.
