Implementation Consultant - SaaS

Working with the software solutions delivery team you'll be motivated by helping deliver a modern, recently built SaaS platform at a broad range of customers. Using your Business Analysis, Project management & SaaS platform configuration skills, you'll be an organised & delivery focused individual. 100% UK Remote role... Suitable backgrounds: Professional Services Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager / Solutions Delivery Consultant. Location - We have a London office, but this is largely irrelevant. You can be based anywhere in the UK, as we have a remote first, work from home office policy. Salary: £60K - £65K Basic + Benefits package The company has experienced 40% year on year growth for the past 3 years and is firmly in "scale up" mode. The role You will be managing 4-5 smaller implementations of their SAAS platform concurrently with projects ranging from a few days to 3 months Gathering requirements working with Agile Development teams to ensure delivery Working with account managers to keep clients informed on delivery timescales - Tracking projects using Jira, Confluence etc Acting as the primary client contact & taking full ownership during the delivery phase Identifying commercial opportunities as they appear and looking to offer additional value to clients  You Have a background in software delivery; preferably SaaS as opposed to on Premise, but flexible.
