Sales Support Administrator - IT Service Provider

Are you a Sales Support Administrator with experience working in an IT Managed service provider? Are you ready to be the driving force behind a fast-paced, high-performing sales team? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant who thrives on organisation, precision, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our sales operations running smoothly, managing reporting, coordinating renewals, liaising with 3rd party vendors and providing the essential support our salespeople need to focus on what they do best, building relationships and delivering results.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the rollout and adoption of a new Sales system, working closely with our Head of Sales to help shape how we operate for years to come.

Salary: £28k - £30k base salary + awesome benefits

Location: Salford Quays – Manchester (Hybrid working, office-based Mon – Wed)  

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Someone who can balance multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. You’ll gain hands-on experience across all areas of sales operations, with the chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact.
