Technical Solutions Engineer – Schools IT MSP

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you’ll bring technical leadership, clarity, and momentum to complex ICT projects, from presales design through to delivery and beyond.

This is a role for someone who thrives on turning ideas into robust, scalable IT solutions. You’ll design and document high-quality technical specifications, create detailed project schedules, and collaborate closely with schools, internal teams, and external partners to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to exacting standards. Acting as a trusted technical expert, you’ll resolve challenges quickly, communicate proactively, and ensure every stakeholder is informed and confident throughout the process.

Role: Senior IT Project Engineer, Technical Solutions Engineer, Senior Solutions Engineer, IT Project Manager, IT Solutions Architect, IT Solutions Engineer, IT Projects Engineer  

Location: Remote - You’ll be based from home but will be expected to visit schools and the Princes Risborough HQ as and when required. 

Salary: £44k - £47k base salary plus great benefits

You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, contribute to continuous improvement, and help develop best practices across the project team.

With strong experience in project delivery, Microsoft technologies, networking, and infrastructure, you’ll be confident leading technical conversations and producing clear, professional documentation. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service will set you apart.
