We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Manager to join a major UK energy infrastructure business, overseeing and optimising its Microsoft 365 environment to support critical operations and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimising core Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
• Managing third-party service providers, monitoring performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality
• Driving platform improvements, new technology adoption, governance, security, and compliance
• Developing the Microsoft 365 roadmap and working closely with IT, business stakeholders, security, and Microsoft
