Must Have’s

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with ERP systems or similar business-critical platforms
• Solid understanding of software development principles
• Logical, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to assess problems holistically, identifying patterns, edge cases and system impact
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Proactive, curious attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have’s

• Experience developing within Priority ERP
• Python or JavaScript development experience
• Exposure to system integrations and complex business processes
• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with construction, utilities, or operational environments

So, what will you be doing?

• Designing, developing and testing ERP modules, features and integrations
• Customising and extending Priority ERP to support evolving business needs
• Writing clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the ERP environment
• Working collaboratively with the development team to refine and improve solutions
• Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand system requirements
• Ensuring all developments align with overall system architecture and performance
• Contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and system design
