Must Have’s
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with ERP systems or similar business-critical platforms
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Logical, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to assess problems holistically, identifying patterns, edge cases and system impact
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
- Proactive, curious attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have’s
- Experience developing within Priority ERP
- Python or JavaScript development experience
- Exposure to system integrations and complex business processes
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with construction, utilities, or operational environments
So, what will you be doing?
- Designing, developing and testing ERP modules, features and integrations
- Customising and extending Priority ERP to support evolving business needs
- Writing clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the ERP environment
- Working collaboratively with the development team to refine and improve solutions
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand system requirements
- Ensuring all developments align with overall system architecture and performance
- Contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and system design
