- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience developing ERP systems or similar business-critical platforms
- Solid understanding of software development principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to assess challenges from multiple perspectives while maintaining focus on objectives
- Proactive, positive and solution-focused mindset
- Collaborative and open-minded approach to teamwork
- Experience with Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge of Priority ERP
- Designing, developing and testing ERP modules, features and integrations
- Customising and extending ERP functionality to support business processes
- Ensuring solutions are well-integrated and aligned with overall system architecture
- Writing clean, efficient and reusable code with clear documentation
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the ERP environment
- Collaborating with the development team to refine solutions and share alternative perspectives
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective outcomes
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of system architecture and development practices
