Must Have's:

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or BMS systems
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and data centre operations
• Proven testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic project environments

Nice to Have's:

• Experience with Trend or Tridium BMS systems
• Background in network configuration and server setup
• Familiarity with QA processes and commissioning documentation
• Client-facing experience in high-pressure, live settings
• Knowledge of UK and international commissioning standards

So, What Will You Be Doing?

• Developing specialist skills in BMS Development or Commissioning & PPM
• Supporting deployment and maintenance of data centre control systems
• Performing on-site system testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Leading commissioning teams to meet project specifications
• Programming and configuring BMS hardware/software in live environments
• Maintaining documentation for QA, testing, and handovers
• Engaging directly with clients to ensure operational excellence
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation across technical solutions
