Sales Support Executive

• Join a friendly, customer-focused sales team
• Receive full training on the products and systems
• Develop your technical and commercial knowledge
• Work with customers, Account Managers and technical teams
• Enjoy a varied role covering sales, customer service and technical support

• Experience in a technical sales or similar role
• A technical qualification such as ONC, HNC or HND would be beneficial
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisation and time management
• Good commercial awareness and a proactive approach
• Confident using Microsoft Office and SAP
• Good attention to detail and administration skills

• Knowledge of technical products and applications
• Experience using CRM systems
• Experience supporting Account Managers or Key Account Managers

• Manage sales, customer service and day-to-day activity across your area
• Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email
• Prepare and follow up quotes and orders
• Support Account Managers with customers and sales opportunities
• Deal with customer issues and complaints
• Identify new sales opportunities and help grow existing business
• Promote products and services
• Work with technical, engineering and commercial teams
• Keep CRM records and customer information up to date
• Attend customer visits, exhibitions and product presentations when required
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues
• Manage quotations within your level of authority
