Previous telesales experience

So, what will you be doing?
Making outbound calls to engage both new and existing clients nationwide
Building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities
Presenting services and converting leads into sales
Maintaining accurate records of all activity and conversations
Working towards daily KPIs, including call volumes and conversions
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey
