- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous

SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to Gloucestershire businesses
- Identify and engage with hiring managers, directors, and decision makers
- Qualify recruitment opportunities across various sectors
- Secure appointments for recruitment consultants
- Maintain accurate records within Bullhorn CRM
- Follow campaign targets and build relationships with prospective clients
- Support lead generation and business development efforts
