A leading London-based insurer is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Transformation team , playing a key role in driving impactful change across people, process, and technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative professional who thrives on shaping business solutions that deliver measurable value. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams — defining requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders across business and technical functions to understand needs and define change initiatives.
• Leading the documentation of business problems, opportunities, and requirements.
• Conducting gap analysis and designing future-state processes.
• Supporting solution design, UAT, and business readiness planning.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within change or transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Miro.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance is essential

This hybrid role offers flexibility with 2–3 days per week in a City-based office and a competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum , plus comprehensive benefits + bonus.
