Solution Architect – London Market Messaging

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office

Salary: Up to £105,000 + 20% bonus

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong London Market messaging and industry experience to take ownership of a unique and highly visible architecture function.

This is much more than a traditional Integration Architect position. The successful candidate will become the dedicated owner of an area providing significant scope to shape the function, influence the wider technology landscape and make a genuine impact across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of the solution architecture function across a key area of the business.
• Define and shape architectural direction within a significant transformation programme.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders across the UK and wider organisation.
• Apply strong knowledge of London Market messaging and industry standards to architectural solutions.
• Help shape and deliver solutions across a complex technology landscape.
• Provide architectural leadership and ensure solutions align with wider enterprise strategy.
• Influence stakeholders and drive architectural decisions across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will be an experienced Solution Architect rather than a pure Integration Architect, with a strong understanding of the London Market.

You’ll need:

• Strong Solution Architecture experience.
• Significant London Market messaging and industry experience.
• Strong experience across the core technical and architectural requirements of the role.
• The ability to work across business and technology teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering solutions within complex transformation environments.

A strong understanding of integration and messaging, while being comfortable operating beyond a purely integration-focused remit.
