A highly respected London-based Insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead / Head of Delivery to build and shape a modern digital delivery capability from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation, influencing culture, delivery practice, and ways of working across a product-led technology organisation.

While the business operates within the London Market, we are actively open to candidates from outside the insurance sector. If you've led complex digital delivery or transformation programmes in environments such as fintech, banking, SaaS, e-commerce, or other regulated or enterprise settings, your experience will be highly relevant.

In this strategic role, you'll design delivery frameworks that enable teams to move faster with confidence, partner closely with Product and Technology leaders, manage cross-team dependencies, and coach a growing delivery function. You'll help embed an agile, outcome-focused culture that prioritises transparency, customer value, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and embedding lightweight delivery governance that supports digital transformation rather than constraining it
• Translating strategic objectives and OKRs into clear, product-aligned roadmaps and quarterly delivery plans
• Leading portfolio-level delivery oversight, reporting, and governance forums

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in digital delivery leadership, transformation, or portfolio delivery within complex organisations
• A strong track record of building or maturing delivery capability, frameworks, and governance
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience

This role is ideal for a delivery leader who wants to drive meaningful digital change, build something from scratch, and apply their experience in a new domain. Industry background is flexible—digital delivery and transformation experience is key.
