💼 The Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, future-ready solutions across the business. Working closely with business and IT teams, you’ll lead architecture initiatives that drive transformation and innovation.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for key initiatives
- Design scalable, modular, and reusable systems aligned to enterprise standards
- Lead application transformation and migration roadmaps
- Partner with stakeholders to define target operating models and business cases
- Champion Agile and DevSecOps practices
- Ensure high-quality delivery through design reviews, governance, and best practices
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends
- Mentor teams and promote reusable architecture across the organisation
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience across the insurance lifecycle (Underwriting, Claims, Policy, Billing)
- Proven track record delivering core insurance platforms (Guidewire preferred)
- Deep expertise in cloud, APIs, microservices, and integration architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Ability to influence, communicate, and lead across technical and business teams
- TOGAF or similar certification (desirable)
- 6+ years’ experience in architecture roles within insurance
