Technical Lead
PAS Technical Lead – Insurance | Permanent / Contract-to-Perm | £80,000 or £625/day
We’re seeking an experienced Policy Administration System (PAS) Technical Lead to join a growing insurance technology function supporting a Lloyd’s market business.
This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a core PAS platform, with a structured handover from the current incumbent ahead of their retirement next year.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience working with Policy Administration Systems within the Lloyd’s insurance market
- Lloyd’s PAS experience is essential
- Ideally experienced with one or more DXC insurance platforms
- Experience with DXC Assure is highly desirable
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support, enhance, and help shape the future PAS landscape
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the technical oversight and ongoing development of the PAS environment
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders across underwriting and operations
- Support BAU, enhancements, integrations, and future platform initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and leadership within the application support function
- Ensure continuity and knowledge transfer during the transition from the current incumbent
Package
- Permanent Salary: £80,000
- Alternative: Contract-to-perm considered
- Contract Rate: Up to £625 per day
- Location: Hybrid / London preferred
